The Challenge

Office printers have contributed to a deluge of paper in the workplace. Now Xerox is packing their multifunctional printers with technology that can help take us closer to the paperless office – by letting us scan invoices to a specific network folder with the touch of a button, for example.

Our challenge was to transform the MFP from ‘the problem’ into ‘the solution’ – and help to reposition Xerox from ‘the printer company’ into a digital transformation partner.

The Breakthrough

To represent the transformation of paper-based processes into digital ones, we very simply transformed paper documents into appealing origami creatures.

While digital transformation can feel highly intimidating, our concept conveys an instant feeling of accessibility. And our campaign line completed the mental journey: ‘Xerox. Where business gets digital.’
