LexisNexis is the leading provider of online and offline resources for legal and tax practitioners, with almost 200 years’ experience and a client base that includes the UK’s top 100 law firms and 90% of the FTSE 100.
But with a range of services that are almost as complex as law itself, they needed a user-friendly way to showcase it all.
Our big idea
Our living, breathing ‘legal hub’ makes use of LexisNexis’ most distinctive brand asset – what they call their ‘knowledge burst’ – and literally makes it burst with insight. It instantly shows the core activities of lawyers – from drafting to research to career development. They can then quickly drill down to deeper levels of explanation – including online videos – before the tool leads them to the most relevant part of the main LexisNexis website. The right stuff, first time.
The hub is also coded to meet two very different criteria: As so many legal practices still use legacy versions of Explorer like IE8, our Flash-based version had to overcome the limits of outdated code to provide users with an uncompromised experience. And our responsive-designed HTML5 version performs fluidly on more modern browsers, whether on desktops, tablets or smartphones.
